Painted Turtle Rock & Rye
- 2 oz Stonebarn Brandyworks’ Peach Rock & Rye
- 1/8 lemon squeezed in
- 1/2 oz home-made cardamom simple syrup (its easy, call us)
- shake ingredients in a cocktail mixer
- pour into a rocks glass
- top with a splash of ginger beer
- a couple dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish-
- a sprig of mint
- a bio-degradable straw
- a lemon wheel
- a gummi-turtle
- or all of the above
