Owl Prowl for Women

Columbia Slough Watershed Council

Join Columbia Slough Watershed Council, local organization Birdhers, and resident owl expert Elaine Murphy for a free outdoor night walk at Whitaker Ponds Nature Park. This event is for womxn, queer, non-binary and trans people of all ages.

Owls are vocal ventriloquists and nighttime predators who court and establish their territory during the fall and winter months, making them more vocal. Our group will meet in the parking lot and kick off this event with some background information from Elaine, and then together, walk the .5 mile loop at Whitaker Ponds. 5:45-7:30pm on December 11th.
