Rad-i-cle Training: Amphibian Surveys

Defending and Restoring Mt. Hood

This training will allow participants to contribute valuable data to the Frogwatch USA database currently managed by the Akron Zoo. This data is used by scientists nationwide to inform the development of environmental protection and amphibian conservation strategies. Frogs are an ecosystem indicator, which means if we know about them, we often have insight on the ecosystem as a whole. The whole process takes 2 hours and 15 minutes, if you include the minimum time you’ll spend data gathering independently. Join us from 6:-7:30pm.

The location of the training will be indoors at Bark's Office at 351 NE 18th Avenue, Portland, Or. 97232. Click here to find out more and RSVP!
